Fr Raniero Cantalamessa visits the Seminary

A six day retreat was held during this week at our Seminary by the Italian Capuchin priest, Padre Raniero Cantalamessa who is a preacher to the Papal Household since 1980 when he was appointed by St. John Paul II.

More than hundred religious priests and nuns attended together with Archbishop Paul Cremona OP and H.E. Mons Charles J. Scicluna. The retreat was carried out in silence with moments of prayer, meditation and mass besides the talks given by P. Cantalamessa.

It was a real blessing to have him among with us; as Padre Raniero Cantalamessa puts it in his farewell note to the Seminary community, “…auguro che tanti ministri di Dio passino per questo luogo.”
