So why am I not taking my own advice with the third-generation iPad?
Maybe it was carelessness. Then again, maybe my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 was jealous that the iPad 2 was getting all the attention.

That makes me wonder why China is investing so much into renewable energy. It's not going to give them anything politically. They certainly don't care about the environment.
They are smarter than us dumb Americans to realize that a) they will need more energy in the future than they can get using oil b) the oil will eventually run out and renewables will be the only source of energy left.
I.e., for them, it's not about politics or environment; it's about the money and progress. I wish we could think this way over here.
